Transparent pricing for EDI, e-Invoice and e-Archive

Prices in the table are indicative and cover typical scenarios by company size and document volume. The final quote depends on the number of partners, ERP integration complexity and custom mappings. Setup is a one-off fee for implementation and onboarding.

How is the final price determined?

Through a short scope call (15-30 minutes). We assess three things: volume (how many documents per month), integrations (how many ERPs and how much custom mapping is needed) and partners (how many of your buyers/suppliers need onboarding, whether they need the Web EDI portal). From there we pick a plan and calculate setup.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes. All prices in the table are annual. If you prefer monthly billing, multiply by the listed monthly amounts (Business €249/mo) — annual billing is around 15-17% cheaper cumulatively.

What if I’m in a trial or just starting with e-invoicing?

For new Fiscalisation 2.0 entities we offer a pilot onboarding — the first month up to 100 documents free so you can confirm REDOK and your ERP work together without surprises. After that you move to the chosen plan. Setup stays the same but can be invoiced in phases.

Can I get a custom plan?

Yes. If Business is too small and Enterprise too big (or the other way around) we build a custom mix — the subscription matches actual volume, the setup matches actual scope. Common for companies with high volume on a single ERP, or the opposite — low volume but complex custom mappings. Is the e-archive included in the price?

Yes. The 11-year statutory e-archive is included in every plan — the subscription covers storage, integrity seals and sub-second search. No per-document fees, no caps on the number of archive users.

What if I stop using REDOK?

Your data is yours. If the contract is terminated you get an export of the entire e-archive (zip with XML + PDF/A-3 + integrity hashes) at no charge. Setup is not refunded but the subscription stops at the end of the current period.
