Our story.

REDOK is the B2B/EDI brand of Megatrend Redok d.o.o. — a company founded in 1989 to meet the Croatian market need for reliable IT integration. We have been developing the EDI specialisation under the REDOK brand since 2008. Today we are part of OMNIZON NETWORKS GROUP — the regional leader in B2B integrations with a presence in Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Germany and the USA.

Our technology processes over 35 million documents annually, and our network connects more than 40,000 organizations. We are ready for Fiscalisation 2.0 and all upcoming regulatory changes.

How long does implementation take?

Typically 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your ERP and the number of document types that need to be mapped. For simpler integrations, 1 week is also achievable.

Which formats do you support?

UBL 2.1 (the official Croatian standard), EDIFACT, XML (custom schemas), JSON, GS1, and all major ERP-specific formats. If your format isn't on the list, we most likely support it already — contact us.

What about Fiscalisation 2.0?

REDOK is already ready for the new FINA system. Clients with us don't need to change a thing — we migrated our infrastructure ahead of the regulatory change.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on volume and number of partners. For small businesses we have REDOK GO Standard from €50/mo (see /en/go), and for mid-market and enterprise clients the Business plan starts at €249/mo — see /en/cjenik for the full price list.
