03CS-02 — Automotive, component supplier

Croatian automotive component supplier (350 employees, 4 OEM customers in the DACH region) — JIT/JIS delivery, mandatory ASN, VDA and Odette standards.

Direct integration with 4 OEM EDI systems (VDA 4905, VDA 4913, Odette ASN); production sync with JIS pulls at 15-minute intervals. AS2 and AS4 access to OEMs.

04CS-03 — Pharmaceutical distribution

Croatian pharmaceutical distributor (pharmacies, hospitals, wholesale) with regulatory requirements for serialisation, EMVO/HALMED reporting and SDD (Safety Data Document) exchange.

Integration with EMVO/HALMED services for serialisation (Falsified Medicines Directive); EDI exchange with 1,200+ pharmacies via combined full-EDI (200) and Web EDI portal (1,000+); GDP-compliant archive 11 years.

100 % serialisation compliance (HALMED audit passed with no findings). New pharmacy onboarding time: 1.5 days (previously 3-4 weeks). Returns due to mislabelled serial numbers reduced by 91 %.

05CS-04 — Telecom, mass billing

Large regional telecom operator (B2C 1M+ customers, B2B 80k+ accounts) with mass billing e-invoicing through REDOK Peppol AP + CIS fiscalisation.

06CS-05 — Public procurement, EU-funded e-invoicing

Consortium of suppliers on EU-funded projects (construction, IT procurement, consulting) required to issue Peppol BIS e-invoices to public contracting authorities.

SCOPE

What we delivered

REDOK as Peppol AP for issuing BIS Billing 3.0 e-invoices to 70+ public institutions; sandbox for test issuance before go-live; multi-currency support (EUR, GBP, CHF).

OUTCOME

Measured outcome

New supplier Peppol onboarding time: 5 business days (certificates included). First-pass invoice approval rate: 97 % (previously 70-80 % with frequent corrections). Paper archive for EU audits eliminated.
